Warclaim On Malinor; The Conclave Rises

To whom it may concern,

    We the people are fed up with the ineffective government recognized as the High Council of Malinor. The anger and frustration that they have caused is criminal enough, but I bring more. The so called High Prince Eleron Slyvari has used the Malinorian bait and switch yet again in the name of self preservation. He has consorted with the Scourge allied Dwarves in a secret meeting during the war effort against them where he had pledged his support to Oren and the Orcs. He has withdrawn troops without the go-ahead of either the Arbiter or any of the acting leadership officers, this only proves his intentions with his treacherous defection to the Great Evil’s side.

    The High Council is a monumental failure, it’s superior attitude almost outweighs its futility. The level of effort put in is almost unseen for most council members. Fools that have long overstayed their welcome remain in power, doing nothing for our people. The era of progression has left Malinor, a stable nation is not an option for Malinor, it is a broken nation, beyond repair. For this reason we the people have decided to secede from the shell that was once Malinor, we the people aim to bring elven interest to the forefront of the Anthosian theatre. We the people have had enough, this is more than a struggle for power, this is a struggle for the survival of Malin’s kin. As long as Malinor stays in power led by the misinformed, incomptent jokers known as the High Council the elves are at risk of extinction.

    We are not an agressive people, we do not seek border expansion. We do not seek power, we seek only to make Malin proud of his kin. The High Council has shown their hand, they wish to remove us through any means. Threats are taken into account greatly and using our best judgement we the people have decided Malinor has cast the first stone. This is a self defence move, peace will not come until the war mongering nation of Malinor is stricken from stone.

    Consider this our official declaration of war on Malinor. The council will pay for their crimes.

Type of Battle

This battle will be invasive, and for the entire province of malinor.

Invasion: One nation invades another. This proceeds according to the War Mechanics section. A nation can only invade adjacent territory or territory they have permission to pass through, and they cannot invade by sea unless agreed on. An invasion only takes place in

the nation being invaded. The invader has initiative.

 

After the first battle, if at any time the defender owns all of their territories, they win. This means that if the invader loses the first battle, they immediately lose the invasion. The invader cannot attack that nation for three Elven months unless that nation attacks them.

They can still attack other nations, however.

 

Rewards

If Attacker Wins:

If the Conclave wins the City of Malinor is to be given to the Conclave of Malin. The High Council given the chance to flee to a neighboring Town.

 

If Defender Wins:

Retains their lands, and may counter attack and in tern, take The Conclave.
