Seems my character can't take pisses anymore without being banned

Some rules do seem a little too strict for example, the keeping the torture to a PG-13 level. Surely if all parties that are involved allow/wish for the most violent torture scene possible then this should be allowed to expand from the current PG-13 rated violence. Rather than be caught by a passer by and be reported...

If you truly wish to be overly graphic, there's many other mediums at your disposal such as Skype. As long as you aren't being outright gruesome you're probably okay. Basically just don't go overboard.

As always, err on the side of caution if you're unsure.

You still can. Orcs can piss on skulls and get away with it.

There's a difference between;

"Skah-breath pisses on the skull."

and

"Skah-breath whacks out his giant [redacted] and pisses on the skull."

And it's a difference that hardly damages your RP experience.

I would like to poise a question.

Where exactly is the line drawn?

If my character at some point believes he would like to open a slave trade, taking captives and whipping them (obviously avoiding any form of nudity or suggestive themes), marking their skin with a hot iron brand to label them servants and choosing to sell them off as mining labor or  to a castle or fort for the use of serving drinks and making meals is that hitting a server-line?

If one day I come across a character who chooses to knock mine out and place bear traps beneath his legs, is it going to far to detail the flesh rending and blood flow or should it simply be 'cries out in agony' and kept as simplistic as possible?

If in the future, my character is defeated and my opponent chooses to chop off a hand, or take an eye for say, thieving - is it alright to actually roleplay it out, the bone crunching, the crimson spray, or is what I am typing at this point already hitting near a ban line?

I ask because in the end, one can always fade to black or request 'less details' for any given situation for those who don't desire that deep and detailed of immersion, and instead prefer to just know the results and not think to much further on it. No cybering, or explicit sexual detail - thumbs up! Don't need it.

But I would personally rather have my character's life changing moments, both be a natural risk of living life as it would be in such times : enslavement, torture, dismemberment, death - and also have them be unrestrained and not fearing a ban hammer to go ontop of the already lost character.

As in my opinion it breathes life, each detail, it gives a sense true danger, of real ending or change when the worst of it is to be detailed out not skipped over. It has nothing to do with ego or some 'pushing rule boundary' rather it is the mirror of the grand romantic tales and heroic stories. Dante's Inferno, essentially. Dark stories are their own category , and worth telling not shielding away from.

I messaged Rhia when that clarification came out and she said you could street prostitute. (I don't do it I swear, just curious on rules)

Violence is alright, it's when the violence becomes graphic and/or gruesome the problem lies. It's fine to RP cutting someone's hand off or gouging an eye, but graphically emoting every step of it is not okay. To use your examples, as long as the above is followed, whipping and branding is okay. Your bear trap example would depend on how much detail. Collapsing, clutching your leg and screaming in pain is okay, but not depicting how the bone crunches and the teeth tear into the skin.

If you're not sure if something is crossing the line, play it safe and take it down a notch.

No prostitution, that includes street prostitution.

So we must shield the innocent noobies from kissing and romance but we'll let them be subject to repeated RP-less raids and be put on the heat in conflict RP related ban reports.

I didn't know PvP was done with clearly emote-drawn out

phalluses with veins pulsing,

I didnt know PvP automatically emotes

"his flesh seared to the point in which the pink congealing of pus sprang out!"

If that was the case, most of Oren when shunned as homophobes wouldn't even partake in PvP. ((you'll get the point if you read the spoilers, but they are spoilered as they are slightly descriptive))
