Those present include Lord Zahrer Irongrinder, Lord Onar Ireheart, Lord Farren Starbreaker, Lord Hogarth Irongut, and Grand King Indago Stormhammer. With some anger and bitter words, the meeting comes to a close and Lord Zahrer exits the chamber, and calls an assembly of those within the city... ((In Common)) "Lads and lasses, today we have re-examined an item previously discussed at the last lords meeting, The Kjell Act. Its original design was to bring heretical or treasonous dwarves back to the Grand Kingdom for punishment. This then dissolved into the general opinion that this law was designed to bring any and all dwarves who left the kingdom back whether they liked it or not. So, after reviewing this law intensely we have come to a conclusion... this law is to be removed without further delay as it has no further use within the Grand Kingdom and, in its original creation, breaks sections of the Articles of Urguan. Despite Grand King Thorin having Absolute Crown authority at the time, he did not have the power to create such a law without the signature of at least four of the lords. With such in mind, the Kjell Act is, henceforth, no longer to be practiced within or outside of the Grand Kingdom and it shall be struck from the articles." After giving the shocked dwarves a moment to talk, he raises his hands, calling for silence. "Dwedmar of Urguan, today is the first step on a long path to change. If I can help to make this kingdom great once more I cannot do so alone. I need your aid my brothers and sisters to rebuild this great nation into what it once was! A superpower nobody dared trifle with! So I ask that you stand with me my kin, so that we my rekindle the forges of old. It starts today sons and daughters of Urguan! May Yemekar Guide us all!"
