No I am saying that you cant use Druidic and Void together, as that is lore breaking

And LMs removed the Void/Cleric part from Creator Clerics as Aengul magic can not be used with Void

The lore hasn't been accepted yet.

The creator clerics lore WAS accepted long ago, however to please the TAH clerics we gave up void magic.

What lore? I'm not seeking out to start another argument here, Jade, but that statement is false. Please stop twisting words around and trying to make it look like creator clerics were appealing to the order that actually founded all clerical lore and magic in the first place.

Slight Changes: Unlocking of Transfiguration. Bardmancy and Beardmancy guides/lore added under "Whimsical Magic".

Still no sign of a shoemancy guide. Will my loafers forever remain mundane?

When the hell was soul puppetry locked? Seriously. There was a thread put out by voidsoldier that wanted to be locked, but it got denied and shot down, but now it's locked after that?

Snip?

I had said that it was always locked. Then I decided to look into it. I still believe that it was always locked because it is a dark magic and that tends to be the way, and also it is fairly complicated and should be taught by someone else.

But what got me to looking into whether it is or isn't meant to be locked is that the LOCK STATUS on that one is not formatted the way that I usually do it (lock on the title, the reason is in the spoiler) so I wondered if perhaps someone else had made the change. But I am struggling to find any paperwork to suggest whether it is or is not open.

Tsuyose/Zarsies (can't remember which, but I think it was Tsu) clearly stated on another thread that it was locked, perhaps he is the one who changed it? I can see if I can dig up the thread.

There was a thread as inlaid that had lore forvitvto be locked. But it was denied because the creator of the lore did not want it to be locked or something. Idk why it was suddenly locked now, though. It's not a particularly complicated magic as far as dark arts go. Considering that alteration has been unlocked that doesn't and shouldn't matter.

Yes, it is a very, very complicated magic.  Self-teaching is very, very, very deadly to the user, Factcore has even stated such previously. He and I spoke, I then spoke to Connor. Factcore and myself agreed to having it locked and Connor obliged. All he required was Factcore's permission and it was  granted.  I don't see how you can self-teach it anyways, there's very little information regarding it.

The roleplay reason on it would be like this if I'm not wrong.

The problem with this magic type, soul puppetry, is that you as the mage need to "See the soul and drag it into the puppet" to use the magic afterall. But nobody knows on how to do that without a teacher and there is the problem, you need a teacher to learn how to do that in order to use the magic.

That's the "Complicated" part I believe, since the soul is one great source wich only the monks know all about. The Puppeteers own knowledge of it too, but not fully because that never will happen that a magic type can fully control someones soul, they only play with it and curse the victim.

Quick question: if a character was to learn say an evocation magic, and then, once mastered, they wished to learn a completely different magic like illusion Magic, would it take longer to learn since they already know another magic? If so, how much longer would it take ?

No it wouldn't. It would only take longer if they learned multiple magics at once.

Argueably it would take even less time since they know how to connect to the void already, and have a slightly larger mana pool to draw from.

The first step of casting all void magics is the same: to connect to the void. This is quite a massive hurdle for a mortal to comprehend. So when it comes to learning a new void magic, that first difficult part is already taken care of. However, the more types of magic you learn, the weaker your abilities become at them. If you were to Master a magic type for years and never practice any other, you would unquestionably be the best at it.
