Lord Zahrer sits atop his throne, his eyes look downward to his legion helmet. The symbol of the legion is engraved in the front. He contemplates his battles from his first skirmish to the siege of the Ugluk fort. His thoughts roam as he remembers the Battle of Snow and the sieges of Schattenburg and the Dreadfort. Finally the last battles of the human wars...

 

Taking out a roll of parchment and quill, he begins to write.

"I have served long and fought longer for Urguan. From the raids to the battles to the skirmishes. From the walls of Kal'Azgoth to the trenches of Indagolaf. But today I believe I can take a better approach. I have decided to step down from the position of Grand Marshal in order for someone else to have the chance to sevre the Grand Kingdom as I have and will continue to do. Remaining as Lord Protector I intend to continue to keep an eye on the legion. But I will free up time to push the peace which we have so valiantly fought for. To fill my position I have chosen Fili Grandaxe. May he lead our soldiers to victory!"
