The Cursed Name

 

I. The name Alfakyn shall be permanently and irreversibly outlawed within the Silver Enclave of Haelun'or. Those who carry the name shall be deemed impure to a similar degree as if one had a piercing or tattoo.

II. Those who carry the name Alfakyn shall be forced to take a new name, thereby expunging the reminder of the traitorous impure Kolyat Alfakyn from the day-to-day minds of the mali'aheral.

III. Those who elect not to have their name chosen will be immediately removed from elcihi until they accept the illegal nature of their surname.

IV. The names Kolyat and Vallel shall also be outlawed and carry the same consequences as the last name Alfakyn.

 

Mali'aheral may either vote for, against or abstain form the resolution.
