Lord Regent Dizzy Irongrinder ascends the platform above the crowd of dwarves, ready to address the citizens of the Grand Kingdom. He begins to speak in a voice that echos across the stone and resonates deep within the heart of the mountain

 

"Tuday ah come tu ye, t'e people o-t'a Grand Kingdom o-Urguan, fer a decision o-great importance. We are currentleh a nation wit'out a king, a crown wit'out its jewel. A King is nae just a figure 'ead, 'e is a leader, a dwarf w'o is kind an just.... a dwarf w'o can rule wit' power and wisdom, but alsu wit' justice. Tuday we 'ave dree candidates fer tu position o-king. Vote wiseleh, un o-t'ese dwarves will be yer new king."

 

Dizzy motions towards a few legionnaires, the stout dwarves begin handing out voting forms to the crowds.
