[*]Get a new leader. Appoint a new leader that has a good reputation ICly and OOCly who ICly has the common sense to represent his people in a good light.

[*]Stop threatening bigger cities or friends of bigger cities.

[*]Stop hiding behind the dwarves.

[*]Strengthen your own playerbase.

Concerning rejoining the elves, I'm all for an alliance with the elves and I would love to be a member of the elven nation again but neither me nor any of my people want to leave our city and live in some little district

If that's IC reasoning, fine by me.

If you mean that Out of Character you don't want to leave your city, then that's pretty dumb. You'll never get anywhere if you stay secluded in your city. Venture out and join the elves, roleplay with them, get people interested in Snow Elves instead of revolted. Gotta live in a district? Suck it up and enjoy your RP in there instead. Your surroundings don't matter, you can get great RP anywhere and culture shock is some of the best. Don't let your ooc pride stop you from being an underdog for a while, lest people take you for a fool.

Did you know this is the second variation of snow elves? The first ones are known as feral elves, which attacked the dwarves enmass around this time last year, under the Ondrach event.

You could look into that lore (I think 30326 has it) and see if that can strengthen your position.

This is actually a legit suggestion (The original idea comes from Jistuma, who wrote their lore. I contributed some magic you guys might find interesting— Which is mech-standard too!). It might be useful to ask Jistuma, who has it all.

Working on getting a new leader and building a player base we are developing a larger player base also if i could be given links to that lore I would really appreciate it

I can give you seem great ideas for culture from the Vallei'Feta, including the magic they used, the materials they create and the like. Some things are really alike, and others not so much. Would actually like to see somethings in Vallei'Feta being used.

Fenn has no logical means of enacting it's power on anything. It seems like mere guilds have a larger stock of players for military and/or political positions that it does. It may just be my timezone, but it seems you're just small.

Honestly, I'd like to see snow elves gain enough power to challenge Haelun'or like they do, rather than just pull a Telemar and immediately pronounce yourself a kingdom. For instance, Atgaard could destroy you if you decided to encroach on your lands without Urguan's consent. Haelun'or, while it's military is pathetic in my opinion, still poses a challenge to you.

I like Snow Elves as a subrace, but your kingdom seems silly.

was talking to sha yesterday and our military is actually larger than atgaard but you're correct we do need more people and I'm working on that by trying improving the snow elven lore, reputation and rp.

Another suggestion: Remember your lore is only IC lore. Anything about the cities of Ice and Snow and Wyvrun is mere IC myth.

Unless they get it passed by the LT (hint)

Also, remove ww2buff already, then declare yourself neutral and begin cultural expansion. Even if you still want to be dwarven proxies, you need to declare neutrality or get wrecked by the Raid Train.

  1. Remove your current leader and replace him with someone who has the skill and capacity to lead you guys OOCly and ICly.
  2. Stop pretending you're some important power in the world. No offense, but the Snow Elves have a small playerbase and an even smaller military force, so talking a big game and bragging about victories just makes large nations angry and annoyed.
  3. Stop fighting people and focus on internal improvements, then make some friends.

All this.

Until the snow elves attempt to make amends with the dominant elven nation, that being Haelun'or, I can't see their political situation ever improving. You have to stop sticking out like a sore thumb and playing yourselves as something far bigger than you are. It just annoys nations. Even more so when you hide behind the new OOC warclaim rules to avoid dealing with the IC reprocussions of it.

You mentioned before you "disposed" of ww2buff, so my question is, who is your next leader?

Actually, I am very curious as to why your new leader is. Spill the beans and if any speak ahead of IC knowledge, get a GM to reprimand them. I want the current leader of the Snow Elves to tell me that they are alright with me about to post a blunt [not harsh though] feedback that actually might in turn help you all.

  1. You need to get your culture sorted. I see the Snow Elves as Dwarves. I always have. They have never been a part of the Elven playerbase, and this made them grow apart even further.
  2. Stop antagonizing people. Survive and thrive, don't attack willy nilly, or you'll have hundreds of soldiers against three again.
  3. In RP, I'd recommend joining Tahn'siol. While this may not seem like the best option in RP, it solidifies yourself with the Elves. (Although you have to get past the fact that you attempted to kill off your own species).
  4. You are a culture. Not a subrace. Let me explain a little thing about cultures. They develop over time and generally meld into the system. Things that don't work outright are either a.) destroyed or b.) changed drastically. Let's take Wood Elven culture. As of now you have 'Bronze' Wood Elves, and 'Nature' Wood Elves. These two different ways of life work together and have developed and grown along with their playerbase. High Elves are developing their own ways of doing things (while not exactly separate cultures yet, the conservative High Elves have made sure of that!). What is the Snow Elven purpose? Why are they separate?

Your culture needs a theme, a goal, a support, and a purpose. Then, and only then, will you have a strong group.
