Every Attendee to the

Summit

Is to hereby declare their

diplomat for the United Races Coalition.

As told to the nation leaders, these reps. cannot be 

nation leaders and will represent each

nation, faction, or race in the

United Races Conferences.

They will help settle disputes in a peaceful and diplomatic manner.

Each Race, Nation, Or Faction

is to officially declare their diplomat

in a public announcement (either under this post or in your respective sub-forum).  If you were not at the summit and wish to declare a diplomat for the United Races, then please send a letter to The Chancellor Fumble Willowbottom.
