oblivionsbane 714 Author Share Posted July 9, 2014 Yeah, Obviously it's not useful in combat, I suppose that's why it's called the Assassin's bow. It is banned but if you never really use it in combat no one would bother to care. Maybe have a target in your room that you shoot at or something.
