The Kruguan Bloc has been documented as such:

The 8th of Amber Cold 1487

As of this day The Grand Kingdom of Urguan and The War Nation of Krughanistan disband themselves from the fellowship against Iblees. The two will join in a strong alliance together known as the Kruguan Bloc. Due to the ever impending threat of Iblees and those who have turned on there fellow races both nations also formally end all treaties, alliances, and agreements. Nations may request to hold talks with the Bloc with both the Rex and King present. Others groups may be included or added at a later date but as of now the nation of dwarves and orcs are the only ones who partake in the following bloc agreements.

Terms of the Bloc:

-The Grand Kingdom of Urguan shall aid the War Nation of Krughanistan in any war or conflict, whether it be offensive or defensive.

-The War Nation of Krughanistan shall aid the Grand Kingdom of Urguan in any war or conflict, whether it be offensive or defensive.

-If a crime is to be committed in one treaty nation, the belligerent or belligerents being of another treaty nation, then a court of the affected treaty nations shall commence with equal representation from each affected parties.

-Both the Rex and Grand King must agree to add another party, group, or nation to the Bloc and set the terms for their entry.

-A treaty nation must send duly timed warning of a war or conflict against a non-treaty nation to other members to provide for ample preparation.

-Treaty nations shall never be allowed to cause conflict or war among other treaty nations, if broken, the offensive treaty nation shall forthwith be removed from the treaty.

-The Bloc may never include nations that hide or support the following groups: Petrus, Kha, and High Elves.

The old man Campos frowns. "This military build-up will simply lead to another Great War! Fools! Why didn't we finish them in the Fringe when we had the chance?"

Seems already the Dwarfs broke the treaty and the ink has yet to dry. Not very trustworthy allies.

The old man Campos frowns. "This military build-up will simply lead to another Great War! Fools! Why didn't we finish them in the Fringe when we had the chance?"

An elderly Waldenian man would approach mister Campos, puffing a bit of rat weed with his mighty calabash between his greasy lips; he had been in the Eastern human lands for some time and thus has acquired a proper pronunciation of common.

"Isn't that what the Raevir said about Waldenia? One can not simply exterminate an entire people or culture; they can however declare war to survive. Many times now in our long lasting histories war emerges periodically. Alas this time Petrus has little to no army to fend for itself, however, this will ultimately show whether the other nations can survive without a war against another descendant.

In my opinion, this is a ploy to squash Waldenia in the end. Take out her 'friends', the only ones who appear to show her any sort of 'kindness' in this grand world, and eventually strong arm Waldenia. Hell, a term already excludes Waldenia entirely from entering the block. It appears that the descendants are destined to squabble over dirt, or just eliminate all those who take a path of a different mindset. I am not a fool, for awhile now the fellow signatories have been picking at any excuse for a war. Be it a staged raid followed by retaliation against said raiders, 'disrespect', racial profiling or accusations of being Iblees Worshippers.

Hopefully the races will show a bit of... maturity or at least some sort of recognition of the actual undead who've been taking over the parts of humanity.

Regardless, in the long run, I expect Waldenia to fight to the last man should war come to her. They have grown too stubborn now to bend a knee, it's their freedom that they fight for; not political gain. The sweetness of being able to breathe their own air is a luxory the Orcish, Akovian and Dwarven nations have always been able to experience.

Alas, I can not remember a period where Waldenia has refused to aid against the undead and its spawn, however I imagine that the other nations care not- they need a war.

Let us see whether they declare war on Waldenia should Petrus avoid war via skygod intervention. I'll place my mina on 'Of course they will', but then again I could be wrong."

The Scholar would place a tin-foiled cap upon his scalp.

"How many wars have been started by broken treaties? History is obviously repeating itself. Perhaps these two races wish for Iblees to conquer us all..." Iat gives off a sigh as he speaks to his friend's in the Haelun'or tea house.

"Faster men! Aesterwald demands ze best und strongest men!"

*As he yells this the Eaglets put in the extra strength in order to prove they are the best of the best*
