She knows the ins-and-outs, has proven reliable in situations outside of staff, and has been a consistent member of the community. Just because she's never been staff before doesn't make her unqualified. If you don't remember crayfishchris, he went straight to GM and proved to be arguably the best and most consistent GM serving during his tenure. How does staff experience have a huge deal to do with being a good Global Moderator? If I accept applications well, I accept applications well.
