Going through all of this, consider it's time to note a few things too.

 

First, best of wishes to the choices, hope we will see good results from the new trial GMs.

 

Second, I thank the people who are concerned about my application, but then again, as it was said before, the final decision lies not with the community (unfortunately, I do have to say), but rather with the staff. It's a lot about team synergy. I just advise to remain composed and wait. Things will turn out well, I am sure of it.

 

And third, no Lirinya, you might not recall me, but I have been around for a while.

Congrats to the GMs but seriously, where the **** is the human gms who actually roleplay in Oren. Every single one if our Oren gms have moved to the elves and we have legit none anymore. The only people who are getting accepted is elves where gms seem to think that because they have roleplayed with them before and is friends with them, makes them a good gm. That is why humans will never be gms, because gms have never stuck around to roleplay with us or interact with us oocly in a friendly mannor then we get bitched at because we want a human gm, there is a legitmate reason why there is 0 human gms.

A load of human gms have appled but what happened? Ignored or denied because the gms choose that they would not be good because they don't know them oocly or have roleplayed with them in situations to know what they're like dealing with issues.

Alrighty, I'm just going to make this post now. This post was made a little too soon as I am still working through the applications and I honestly planned on adding a couple more from various timezones. Mainly the Aussie timezones because we are lacking someone to cover. The issue why they haven't been added is due to various reasons, most of which is getting our times to talk to the applicant and his/her free time to coincide so we may get to know the applicant further.

Trust Frott to overrule an admin decision? Maybe I should befriend an admin and their family and then get accepted as a trial gm with no staff experience as well. 

 

FYI:: Frott has selected every person interviewed himself, Admins are asking some questions in the interviews and giving opinions afterwards but Frott is the one choosing WHO to interview.

 

It's best to be informed before making accusations, feet don't belong in mouths, they taste nasty.
