The progress and success stemming from the new leadership of the Evariran’thilln has prompted a need for perfection and complete effectiveness. The reforms of the Evariran’thilln will standardize and maximize the potential of every guardian that protects the Silver Banner. The Addaniran Reforms will turn a fledgling Mali’aheral into a strong and passionate protector – an elf of iron and steel, forged from the fires of our most blessed City.

 

We will be determined, disciplined, and decisive.

 

SENIOR COMMAND

 

Parir’thill

The Parir’thill is in command of the entire Evariran’thilln. They have complete authority in the field and acts as the chief representative of the Evariran’thilln to the Silver Council, taking the role of Okarir’tir. The Parir’thill is more often the administrative and logistical commander, taking the role of organizing military funds, establishing training grounds, and being an overall grand strategist behind the Evariran’thilln. The Parir’thilln is the only position appointed by the Triumvirate; the rest are chosen at the will of the Parir’thill.

 

Annilir

The Annilir is more often the field commander of the Evariran’thilln. They lay out the weekly tasks of the evariran, and ensures both subordination, discipline, and logistics are in order. The Annilir may also be assigned to manage specific sections of the Evariran to help in its delegation and management.

 

HIGH COMMAND

 

Tilruir

The Tilruir is the officer of the Evariran’thilln. They are efficient and tested battlefield commanders, inspiring role models, and have proven their dedication to the Evarir’thilln. Most often at the center of any battle line, the Tilruir commands an aura of authority, signalling and leading valiant charges. Furthermore, a Tilruir may be appointed to a specialized rank based on their expertise in a specific field.

 

TILRUIR SPECIALIZED RANKS

 

Nealuir

The Nealuir is the disciplinary and head training officer of the Evarir’thilln. They organize and manage all training exercises and oversee the drilling of recruits. The Nealuir’s confirmation allows the Evarir’thull to take their oaths and ascend to the next rank. The Nealuir maintains discipline and order within the Enlisted, ensuring a professional and combat ready force.

 

Tuferir

The Tuferir is the quartermaster of the Evarir’thilln, and is tasked with the proper maintenance of all military supplies. They have a level head and an eye for organization, keeping sensible records and a simple and centralized armory. The Tuferir also handles all non-standard weaponry or armor requests.

 

LOW COMMAND

 

Evarir’sirame

The Evarir’Sirame is the grizzled veteran of the Evariran’thilln. Proven in battle and seen as a competent leader among their peers, the Evarir’Sirame is a junior officer in the Evarir’thilln, capable of commanding small contingents of Evariran and more often being organized into specific squads, or hanses.

 

ENLISTED

 

Evarir’ceru

The Evarir’Ceru are the proud and honored members of the Evariran. Their ferocity in battle, the tenacity for victory, and their undying loyalty makes them the epitome of enlisted evariran. They are the elite evarir, proven to be the highest echelon of soldiery and act as a model to the Enlisted below them.

 

Evarir’silir

The Evarir’Silir are the backbone of the Evarir’thilln. They make up the main battle line and are capable and effective evariran, following orders willingly and obediently. They serve as the rank-and-file evariran and are tirelessly training themselves as the protectors of our Silver City.

 

Evarir’ihnsil

The Evarir’Ihnsil is the rank at which an evarir is considered a full member of the Evarir’thilln. They have taken their oaths of loyalty, assumed their place as a guardian of the Silver City, and have passed their preliminary training courses. The Evarir’Ihnsil will take on more rigorous training courses, and under specific circumstances, be assigned to a mentor for designated specialized training.

 

Evarir’thull

The Evarir’thull is the recruit of the Evarir’thilln. They have yet to prove themselves as worthy guardians of the Silver City, and have taken no oaths binding them under the Banner of Haelun’or. They will be put under basic training courses to determine their worth, and have no authority to enforce the laws of the Silver City.
