As of this day, the 11th of the Deep Cold, year 1498, the Silver Dominion of Haelun’or agrees to this set of binding terms with the Horde of Dunamis in exchange for a payment of 45,000 minas to the Horde. The terms may at any time be liberally interpreted by the Horde’s leader, Richard Revlis, or the high command of the Horde at any given time after these terms are accepted. The terms are as follows:

  1. The Horde will hereby participate on the side of Haelun’or in any raids, skirmishes, or battles against any of her enemies, including Oren and her various houses, the Wood Elves of Fiandria, et al.

  1. The Horde will not lay harm to Haelun’or, her holdings, nor her citizens unless they wish direct harm upon a member of the Horde; in such a situation self-defense is acceptable.

  1. The Horde will abide by these terms until the conclusion of the conflict between Haelun’or and Oren. *Employment may be broken by either party if terms are not met; for example, if Haelun’or or the Horde breaches their original conditions listed above or until the employment is terminated by Haelun’or or the Horde for any reason.

  1. Three quarters of the total payment, a sum of 33,750 minas, is to be paid immediately following the acceptance of these terms by Haelun’or - within two Elven days of acceptance. The remaining quarter of the total payment, 11,250 minas, is to be given following the conclusion of the conflict between Haelun’or and Oren, or until subsequent payments are deemed necessary by Richard Revlis. This applies even if the combined efforts of Haelun’or and the Horde of Dunamis are not successful in defeating Oren.

These terms may be added to or amended in the future by the Horde of Dunamis in cases where clarification is necessary or new terms are required.

Publius laughs, hearing of this new arrangement.

"The high elves are really willing to blow 45 000 minas? They're already on the job! Didn't help the Dwarves much, why do they think they're gonna be an exception? By the Creator, those mercenaries know how to make an easy buck..."

Shaking his head, he still gets a good laugh any time he thinks about it.

A servant tosses another log into the fire within the small keep, Ostromir offering him a single nod.

"High elves?" he'd ask, glancing to one of the Adrian soldiers, his head nodding in response.

"They don't learn, do they?"

"Dunamis single handedly won the war against Hiebenhall, aswell as almost all Skirmishes prior to this proposition. Besides the best fighters known to Athera, we also have the most superior communication within the ranks. Remember that day when Oren won a skirmish against Dunamis? I don't either."

He'd then begin to eye the peasant from top to bottom stating a small invitation for anyone willing to disprove the above.

"This is an open invitation to fight with Vorren one on one."

"Never said they weren't effective, just funny that you get to fight the same war, for double the pay! I am not against it: The silver city is the only one losing in this partnership."

Smiling broadly, he continues.

"Didn't make the difference at Drakenburg, I reckon. At least we left Heibenall with men, never mind a majority."

"The sudden slow motion made the difference. And Vorren alone killed eleven people at Hiebenhall, if you believe most of the Oreners got away then you are being lied to. See you at the battle friend."

(( Keep the responses RP or I will have a moderator delete them, thanks. Oh and complaining about salt while your message looks like trash talk is just pathetic. ))

Horses would begin to fill the stables of the small keep, Ostromir nodding.

Ser Brennen chuckles, the Dunamis would not make the difference in this war, even if they put all their strength in. He goes about rallying the levy of Estermarsh, his retinue of knights and squires supplying the peasants.

August de Montfort is handed the notice by a papal courier, while in his Eastcliff residence, "45,000 minas for a poorly trained band of thugs? That's about the same price that the Adunians sold their whole kingdom for," He chuckles at the young boy who brought the missive," I should really get into the sellsword business. Can you hold a blade?"

(( ^^^ How to keep the shitposting in RP, not that hard.))
