Instatement of a Baron’s Regent

 

 

 

In light of recent tensions within the Barony of Dragonspeak, it has been decided that the Duke Franz Vladov of Adria is in need of a personal representative within the territory that can more closely govern the Barony to ensure the peace and prosperity of the peak.

 

Searching for a man fit for the position governing the storied Horen barony, the Duke found Ilaustius Horen to have a long history of ducal service and just action. After conferring with his councilors and interviewing Ilaustius Horen, the Duke saw fit to grant him the title of Baron-Regent of Dragonspeak, where the Duke himself holds the baronial title.

 

Thus it is decreed that Ilaustius Horen is to take the mantle of the Baron-Regent of Dragonspeak. May he govern justly, and continue the prudence and successes of his ancestors.
