This doesn't come as a shock to me. Start cracking down on the GM vs GM hate squad and maybe you'll be able to keep capable staff for a longer period of time, yah dig?

You can start to help the server by removing VAT, and by making a compromise like a reinforced blacklist. Because the majority of the server doesn't want it and its tbh a waste of all our time.
