The time to regain the truth is now, as the heretics are at our very gates preaching their dark gods who are truly heretical fallen aenguls and daemons of the ilk of Iblees.Tahariae fell to earth. Iblees fell to earth. Aeriel fell to earth. And last of all, Gazardiel fell and stirred madness in the hearts of innocent Orenian men and women, of Malin's folk in their adsorbed states, and in the lands of the Dwarves. The so called 'Clerics' of the esteemed Clerical Order who long doomed our people to the brink of annihilation in the past and future blights to occur, the ones who serve the fallen aenguls and daemons who wish to mimic the Maker's words, powers, and ability over creation. They come under the guise of just causes, causes promptly ignored. Murderous savages, who hoard their holy arts and do not a thing to aid you, the people. The Order of Templars seek you, the people of our realm to aid in us in the job of returning the realm of Athera to peace, to bringing forth a new era for which we can all live in a unified land that the Maker and his Envoy can smile upon. One of the nails keeping it attached to the Fiandrian tree had ripped through the paper, leaving one corner to flutter in the light breeze. He did not understand who these people were. They were undoubtedly the ones who had sent him the note detailing their intended vengeance some years ago, and they were most likely associated with the cleric-hunting phantoms that he was running from. They were not the first to hate those who served the Aenguls, and he suspected they would not be the last... But it angered him that so many felt those that served light were evil and abominations. After glancing down either end of the road, Heshakomeu rips off the poster, folds it, and puts it in his pocket. He did not know who they were. He did not know if there was a way to peace. He did not know anything but the powers of the beings that hunted Itharel and cleric and paladin. And Heshakomeu hated knowing nothing. Her eyes narrow " they don't know what they are bloody talkin' about.... " she continued her thoughts aloud as her hand twitched at her side " Kill the Clerics... Kill the chance for restoration...I would've committed to death long ago if a cleric hadn't given me my hand back..." She continued her grumblings, snatching the note from the post and stuffing it in her bag. She might have to talk to a few people about this. "but no one person can save all of us... truth be told we should be spending time raising more clerics rather than raising more blood thirsty men..." A Crusader nearby tells Echo, as he has said his thoughts outloud. The Templar simply says, "Earth refers to the entire bunch of rock and dirt we're standin' on. Have you not read any books?
