[Official] Our Journey To Vailor

That’s right! After weeks of constant rumors and questions, the new map is actually here!
The Techies will be doing maintenance this weekend in preparation for the release, which is officially, saturday the 27th!

With that announced, we would like to clarify a few things, so that the air of confusion is finally dispelled!

• Dwarves will be having a finale event for this map on the 26th, so stay tuned.

• You’re all allowed to take screenshots of family heirlooms, and RP items to be reappropriated on Vailor.    

• Mines will be immediately available once the map is released.

• There will be a special island specifically used to get resources such as trees, clay, ect. This is not a perfect solution, but it will keep the rest of the map pristine.

• Books are saveable for the map transfer, do /storebook while it’s in your hand!

• Nexus plots will be changed completely. We will be changing the region system to something more similarly akin to charters from Asulon, however a post will be made to fully outline this later.

• The Caliphate and Salvus will be given land.

• A very large player conduct change will be announced at the bottom of this post!

We hope to see a whole lot of good come out of this new map. We have listened to what you the community have said, and we believe this to be a step in the right direction.There will be no pre-made racial capitals, because we believe the best option is to let the people who will actually RP in the capitals design them to suit their needs. Nation leaders will, however, be granted a large quantity of

materials in order to construct their racial capital.

We’re looking for a new Wiki lead. I’ll be interviewing, and trying to find someone to start leading that project again. Those who’re interested, and believe they’re right for the job, please contact me, we’ll talk about possible GMship for he/she who takes up the job.

Alongside the new map, our LotC TS is officially “up” once again! A few kinks were ironed out, and we are now able to hand out VIP channels to those who are eligible. GMs of course will be on the TS to monitor and edit when it is required.

Lastly, we’re updating the player conduct with a special clarification and addition. This will go in depth on what we don’t allow, and the punishments for harassment, ect. I’d suggest reading through it, as this is your only warning regarding these new standards.
