Each citizen shall have precisely one vote in this election. There are two candidates, and to cast a vote one must select one candidate or the other. Do not select both. Do not select neither. Invalid ballots will be repurposed to be used for the writing of poetry.

 

The ballots shall be tallied in three days time, by the Maheral presuming he is available to do so.
