History: The United Amerigo Republic was not always United, for the longest time separate groups fought for control over territory and resources. After the Great Amerigo War, the devastation brought all the surviving groups together and forged in the wake of this horrid event to create the United Amerigo Republic. The ideal behind this new system was to end the conflict over resources and land to bring progress and peace over such petty wars.

Nation Name: The European Commonwealth

History:

 

 

The European Commonwealth was founded upon the ideals of a civilization long before the nightfall, a civilization that would find strength through diversity and unity. In the turbulent times that followed, the few records confirming its existence as "Evropa" became a much more influential part in the slow unification of the minor states.

 

It was after "The Great Hunger" of the northern area of the isle that the states decided to establish a commonwealth with the hope of achieving the glory of this "Evropa" to cope with the obstacles of today.  With its new government recently formed, and a population inspired but harmed by the starvations of the past, it is yet to see what the Commonwealth has to bring, and whether the ideas of the old will stand in the days of the new.

 

Shortly after, the states across the broken bridge decided to join the Commonwealth but only due to the presumed threats of the east. With no infrastructure connecting the two area's and no cultural similarity, this loose member of the Commonwealth is yet to be integrated properly. The new government is at the brink of making history, although, they claim to be.

Nation Name: The Empire of Eiichi

History: Eiichian legends spoke of a vast and sprawling empire once centered upon it. Now, though, it retains only the faintest memories of that time, in myths that have Emperors of Eiichi be near gods and traditions that focus on balance.

 

Since before recorded history the House of Yamaterasu has ruled supreme over the islands, with its centerpoint a city within sight of the singular mountain they called "Mont Feiichi", their island archipelago's namesake. The Empire's palace is built upon a large, flat metallic surface that had been uncovered, and it had been declared the spot upon which any emperors of Eiichi would rule, and the point upon which their God Yamato and Goddess Amaterasu, Emperor of the Sky and Empress of the Sea, had once ruled Eiichi.

 

The Empire of Eiichi has long held that its rulers were descended from the mythical Emperor of the Near Sea, the Near Sea being the mass of water around Eiichi. Women have been held to be more tuned to the traditions of the Empire, though, and as such have historically been crowned Empress far more often than men Emperor.

Founded from various scattered peoples around the Faalklinds, where war was common amongst the varied tribes that had formed after the Long Night, the Swordcoast Protectorate is a union formed around the worship of a singular being, the Swordbearer, God of the Sun, Bringer of Unity, and his avatar on this world, a odd disk-like device that seems as if it once was able to fly. Sacrifices are made in the name of the Swordbearer.

Nation Name: The United Kingdom of Windsoria

History: 

 

 

The Windsorians have always been a proud people. From the dawn of the new Middle Ages to present day, Windsoria has existed as a Kingdom of four traditional islands: Angscot, Halley, Vanguard, and Mann. Though they've traditionally engaged in wars with the surrounding islands and with the inhabitants of Europa and Planicia, they are currently at peace and have cleaned up all past rivalries and ill opinions of their neighbors. 

 

Their religion consists of monotheism, centering around the worship of a single deity known as Salvatore, or as "God", whom the Holy Codex teaches sent his son to Earth break down the barrier that separated humanity from it's Afterlife. It is believed that through good works and through faith in Salvatore and his son, one can achieve Paradise. Their "Grand Temple" consists of a structure built around a large statue of a woman simply known as "The Prophet"; it is believed to possess supernatural powers of some sort, though this has yet to be proven by the Church of Windsoria.

 

Another ancient work known as "The Chronicles" also supposedly describe Ancient Britannia before the founding of Windsoria, and state that inhabitants of Britannia once owned up to a third of the world in the days of old and were great traders, scientists, and warriors, though other nations tend to think that these claims by the Windsorians are hogwash and propaganda, and there are currently no ways to prove these ancient claims of a Britannian Empire.

 

The Windsorians' government is that of a constitutional monarchy made up of an assembly of feudal lords and wealthy commoners. They are lead by a King (or Queen) from the Royal House of Windsor, a family which has ruled Windsoria since time immemorial, hence the nation's name. The King acts as an executive who can veto actions passed by the Assembly (although he can be overridden with a 2/3rds vote) and who commands the military in times of war.

 

Although a small nation, Windsoria is very densely populated, and is envied for it's mastery of naval warfare. As Windsoria rises into the electrical age, their power and prestige continue to increase as they seek to increase their standing on the world stage. Though expansion has not been an issue over the past few millennia, Windsoria might soon change it's policies in the coming days as more and more resources are required for it to maintain it's position on the world stage...

Nation Name: The Republic of Kuanesh (Located in Gallipigos)
Culture (ie. Latin influence/Asian Influence/Etc.): Asian (Indonesian/Polynesian, with some Japanese elements)
History:

The wars fought across the many islands of the South Pacific claimed many lives over the centuries, indeed millennia, that followed the collapse of civilization. Petty warlords and kings killed over tiny scraps of sand as much as over larger, forested landmasses. Natural disasters claimed many lives, as tsunamis scoured islands in the wake of massive tectonic shifts. When at last the earth settled, it took many years to develop a functioning society, and many more for a state to emerge which could truly exert its will over the fractured Indonesian and Polynesian-descended people.

On the island of Kuanesh, the largest in what was now known as the Gallipigos, such a state finally emerged around 1200 AN, when the infirm king of that landmass was deposed in a popular uprising, which installed a republic. The new government proved to be very stable, and was led by an Aji, or king, who ruled for life but was appointed by a council of elected councilmen, who checked his power throughout his term.

The first Aji was a man named Asrul Kapur, who focused his extensive abilities on consolidating the new government and strengthening the island of Kuanesh against invaders. So deft were his powers of administration that his successor inherited a realm entirely supportive of the government, and by far stronger than any other island in the region. And so, under the reign of Keenal Isonawa, the Republic of Kuanesh began to eliminate threats to its rule, until it had brought the entire Gallipigan archipelago under its reign. By the end of his life, Keenal's power was so extensive that he was able to press the Council to elect his son successor, and so began the rule of Aji Keenal Isonawa II.

Under Keenal II, a now-unified Kuanesh sent great expeditions across the sea and began to interact more with nearby nations. One by one, the many tiny islands that dot the Pacific largely came under the influence of the Republic, as trade posts began to pop up all through the tropical ocean. Over time, through financial squeeze and alliance with smaller island nations, Kuanesh has come to dominate the trans-Pacific trade routes.

Now the republic is led by Aji Wira Agusalim, a middle-aged man who values foresightedness and security. How he rules is yet to be seen...

History:When the world was thrown into chaos the Iberian people banded together, not only did they have similar language and religion they also had the same cultural ideals. (Will add more tomorrow when its not two am)

Nation Name: The Empire of Oceanus

History: When the Long Night occurred many were left behind in the now mythical land of Australasia in which people now believe is fiction, those that were left behind were left in an age of darkness but to emerge after the events and build a new civilization. With the continents shifting around the land which they use to reside in changed in climate somewhat, becoming more temperate. 

 

Early on its history the land of Oceanus united under an electoral monarchy that has an Emperor. With a system of Elector Counts around the territories of Oceanus all of which have the potential to be voted to become the Emperor. During the great war the land that was Australasia didn't suffer direct attacks from Nuclear weapons thus logically allowed the nation to flourish and become what it is today, a modernized power with great potential for growth.

History: The Olympians are a Nation growing from the old Greek Myths and Cultures, They began in the main land of Europa just south west of Ruasia , Were the Strong have ruled as generals and the cunning as Politicians for as long as anyone can remember, The men Dominate the Military while Women handle diplomacy The twin heads of the government now work together to decide the nations fate along with any who stand in the way of Olympian goals. When the nation was young many tried to overthrow the rule of the General and the Matriarch of there power, A war was fought and after this war only the General's men stood, Leaving all to see the Generals and the Matriarch are the right way things should be ruled
