Tharoc meditates by his friend Aelwyn when the voices hit, Aelwyn's chisel slips and breaks off a small piece of wood. Tharoc exits his meditative state and says to himself "Aw fock..."

Tek kneels down to the floor of her frozen room. A pained hiss leaves her shark-like teeth, and then her full form drops and she seizes, her figure writhing and convulsing.

She rises after a time, shushed blood and slushy saliva dripping from her maw. She draws her legs in and mutters under her breath. She splits her thoughts, spiraling into the spectator mind to analyze what symbols and voices she has seen.

"I will find these voices," she whispers.

((They sound like Protoss. Damn Zeratul and pals invading our thoughts. What voice distortion thing did you use?))

((For the orange voice, I actually reversed the track, added a high reverb, and then reversed the track back to normal, resulting in that ethereal-sounding leadin effect.

For the blue voice, I added an echo to the track, but the echo is extremely close to the original voice (the delay is only about .04 seconds). That results in the robot-sounding voice.

Both of those tracks also have multiple pitches, equalization, bass/treble boosts, etc.))

Sahar is not yet a magic user, but...

"Something's wrong something's wrong something's wrong..."

She scratches at her arm, rolling her eyes a little as if trying to look inside her own head. "Deinalt? Please tell me what's going on..."

Another pulse sends a few more symbols to the mages' minds.

((We decided that since the code is so hard, that we're adding a reward to the one that decodes it. Both RP and MC reward.))

Ac'Aelu's eyes opened after the wave of sounds and lights, and he awoke with a sigh. Halfheartedly, he copied the symbols over to a paper and sat it on a shelf before cleaning the initial scrawling away.

He'd get to it eventually. Maybe. It wasn't too much of a concern.

Ouity does no writhing of any kind.

It's good to be a Druid.

Dwyn stands in confusion as suddenly mages start flailing around practically in unison. He decides to send a letter to Aelu to ask 'the **** happened to mages today'
