In the middle of Kal'Akash and Tal'Aswyr there are two boxes, one filled to the brim with ballots and one empty with a small sliver on the top to insert the piece of paper. To the side there is a board with a message, identical in both cites.

"I thank you all for the patience given for the investigation, there is still much to be learned about the killers of our beloved Grand King, but I shall continue to hunt for the truth along with those kind enough to search with me. I do not feel that this break has benefited the election, tensions rise, and I would like to remind those running we are all equal among the Brathmordakin. Whoever wins shall have the approval of the people and the gods, and I pray that we shall not make the same mistakes once again. With so many happenings in Urguan and across Vailor, vote with a clear mind and a steady hand. I wish the candidates good luck, may the Brathmordakin guide us all."
