Esteemed Positions of the Sliver Council

Under the Silver Council, there must always the Tilruir— with each position filled except by permission of the Maheral.  Below are listed the duties and designations of the tribunes.

 

Tilruir’mali

Leader of the Tilruir, both as a representative of the people, and an outright physical symbol of the authority and service of the Silver Council.  Where our Maheral will stand for custom and tradition, the Tilruir’mali shall be the steward of governance. He or she bears the weight of order, and the one elected to this position must possess the respect of the citizenry and Tilruir above all else.  For he or she will be the first pair of hands always, to uphold Her.

 

Duties of the Tilruir’mali

1.) Leadership.  While the Maheral presides as head of state, the Tilruir’mali serves as the leader of Haelun’or and its Tilruir, as well as their faithful servant. Endeavouring the serve the city, its people and above all else the maehr’sae hiylun’ehya of Larihei’s vision.

2.) The Path of Purity.  The Tilruir’mali claims precedence over the Path of Purity, sheparding those who eschew their cursed ways to once again embrace the philosophies of Larihei.

3.) Housing.  The duty of maintaining housing and the wellbeing of the citizenry at large falls upon the Tilruir’mali, assuring each mali is housed and well kept.

Riondil would watch her scamper off, raising a brow "What...she was too young only 14 year ago to teach illusion when I brought her to Seth Calith. There's no way she is anywhere close to the age of 50." He'd begin looking around for Seth among the crowd.
