I am looking for a good sized building or spot to build a good sized building for a restaurant in a popular and populated area. I am willing to pay a good amount for the land or the building as long as it meets the following requirements.

 

If you are offering a spot for me to build one, these are the requirements:

1. Is in a popular and/or highly populated area.

2. Has enough room for a big building.

3. Is in a safe area.

4. good visibility

 

If you are offering a building for me to put one, these are the requirements:

1. Is in a popular and/or highly populated area.

2. has room for a good sized dining area, a kitchen, a bar, a small store room, and just good space.

3. is in a safe area

4. has a spot next to the kitchen for a cow to go in a pen.

5. good visibility
