Al-Wakhrah Pie Baking Contest and Festivities

Marigold watches in awe as the HallowVale guards set up the Krugsmas tree in the center of the grand city. Children laugh and play, going back and forth to their parents about the many treasures they desire. Young couples gather up for their share of mistletoe, eager to get home. Everything in the city of Al-Wakhrah is festive and merry, just as it should be.
 The woman smiles, holding up a flyer which was being posted up everywhere in Vailor. Her thumb traces over the golden painted borders, in which resembles the very garlands set up. 
She looks to her side, a joy sight to see Faiz Kharadeen jesting out with the young ones. To her left, Doctor Kale is offering out the best of Egg-Nog to everyone in sight. 
“Let the pie contest begin.” Marigold lets out a giggle, posting up the very last flyer on the news boards.
 

 

                                                                                                                                                                                                

The woman proceeds to take a small step back, basking in her hard word on display. Marigold begins to set off down the road, heading home to her family.

Contestants will have two days to enter, allowing us one to prepare. The pies will be baked on sight, in which cooking pots and other materials will be provided as needed. A panel of six judges will judge each of the bakers on the following...

• Cleanliness
• Preparation
• Presentation
• And Taste

Poor sportsmanship and abuse of other contestants is strictly prohibited and WILL result in serious consequences.

The contest will take place in the city square, before a crowd of many players. Use of Nexus is also not allowed, as it spices up the event even more to test bakers. Each player will have to roleplay an overview of the baking, in which the judges (including Faiz and myself) will look-over in which helps determine the preparation portion of the event.

Elvira reads the flyer then smirks happily, rubbing her hands together. In her mind, the memories of her time as a bartender of the Drunken Monk returns to her, simply causing the one eyed woman to cackle more with glee. "Oh I have just the weapon I will use for this!"

The cleric, who was also an Alchemist and an ex-bartender, runs off with a skip to her feet to get herself prepared.
