A new Maheral has been selected, yet questions have arisen over his legitimacy. Laethis Izalith has been appointed as Maheral of our blessed people. Some show support, yet some show resent due to his history with us.

Thus, as head of the governing council, I call on the citizens of Haelun’or to vote, via referendum, on his acceptance to assure tradition and law is upheld.

You may vote ONCE. Abstentions will not count towards either result, but will count towards quorum. Quorum for the vote shall be thirty votes. Should quorum not be met, the referendum will fail.

As the Maheral is to guide all Mali'aheral, any Mali'aheral known to be pure may vote.

 If you fish your vote from the ballot box, it will cause an immediate discount.

Only the one counting the votes may delve into the contents of the ballot box. Any other doing so will be arrested.

If you are under fifty, you may not vote.

If you are an impure, you may not vote.

If you are on the path of purity you may not vote. You are still impure.

If you are not a high elf, you may not vote.

The Tilurir’mali  arbits which votes qualify.
