Orcs are your typical everyday creature that sounds like a 1st grader and quite frankly who ever made this being had also granted it powerful strength and now not to sound salty but uh i kinda 

dont see how a orc isnt smart i mean you have to remember that orcs have freaking tusks i think thats what there called they have those pointing out and as course makes your voice sound like 

they've been smacked with a bat on the head since they've had they're first erection but lets look at this in a more mature way there Green Big Walking Talking Killing Machines oh wait machines cant be in lotc OH IM GOING TO CALL A GM BECAUSE I CANT TAKE CARE OF **** MYSELF ,But tbh if Orcs could have a simple voice they be the smartest beings -Jaden Smith
