Be sure to remove the swing cooldown that is implemented in 1.9 (nobody wants it)

Be sure to keep up with the latest news, this was already addressed

Several feedback threads are made (with heavy support) condemning the nexus PvP orientation, and then you turn around and add diamond armor back? Do you have absolutely no mind for the playerbase?

Will the Orc's buff be able to be spammed (click before fully charged) in 1.9 and still do a heart + whatever of damage, or will it scale with the rest of the damage?

As an author of one of the threads you have a high level of bias in this comment. My only response is;

I have no intentions of making any large-scale sweeping changes/skill overhauls until Post-1.9.4 at the earliest, Likely such will not be considered before 5.0.

Something the beta testing is intended to discover. This would be a bug if true, and thinking about it now I do think this is the case, I'll have that fixed before release.

I think Diamond will help because 60% carb weapons won't **** on people instantly anymore, it's closer to Vanilla at least

My only concern is that the standard of gear rises even more, where there is more grinding required to (for example) not be affected as much by 60% carb weapons.

Still no wood elf archery debuff?

I will consider it based off of the results of the beta testing, Shields block 100% of arrow damage and hard counter bows. I dont want to nerf archery/wood elves/anything archery related until I know for sure that they're still broken even with shields.

So basically what I'm reading here is that my orcish fisher now gets less caskets and gets worse **** from said caskets.

Great.

It's marginal at best. It's not like you're only going to get gold nuggets, also you can drink potions of luck and you'll get 10x better loot from caskets, that's like a bonus 100% luck.

Don't forget, half races. Such as halflings and half orcs (which can be considered goblins... in some cases) are getting debuffs from the races they are half'd with and no buffs from them.

Seeing as they have a luck increase is a good thing as it gives them something special though try not to result them to getting the bonus's of the "pure" races.

The only thing I don't approve of are recipes. They are PURELY luck based and further emphasize the need to grind, as you will have people going through thousands of caskets to come in possession of such recipes, as they WILL be needed to stay competitive on a mechanical level. I'd suggest simply allowing everyone to craft items, no recipes included.
