Meh. This war has proven the current staff incapable of properly moderating. First the Draeris crap and now this? These decisions from the staff ignore roleplay and invalidate the entire point of our server. I do not see the point in roleplaying on a server where roleplay is actively overturned and ignored by the staff for what seem like ooc bullshit reasons.

Just to say that btw, if Telanir was in that chat when you are looking at it, Onslaughted was yelling to Telanir about polls and server versions and almost killed himself with a microphone.

I'm just gonna mention that I tried to make the warclaim, and I was online rallying for it, but I couldn't join the rally. This is because upon using a portal sign from a cart I got glitched into the ground. Someone mentioned /unstuck but that didn't work. I asked for help multiple times but nobody helped. That should be enough evidence of lag.

Imperials were outnumbered... rebels were winning clearly... we even saw imperials trying to soulstone away. I just saw so many people spamming chat that Oren won... so when you say we 'bitched' in your posts about the WC, that's wrong. To call it a draw would be unfair to everyone who waited so long, and held out during the battle.

We were trying to ss after the announcement, and a majority of our forces logged off until the hits would register (which they didn't, hence its ******* ending) and to say it's unfair is true, but it's unfair to all of us because of the staff's failure to fix pvp, and because we were owed a battle, not because your pompous ass was owed a victory.

 

2 people died, and that only became clear after. We weren't retreating, we were waiting for this ******* broken system to work (which it didn't). If we went with all the rebel ******* counts of men, you guys would have had 200 +. This whole thing is a load of ******* crap no matter which way it's sliced, and I'm not mad at the rebels, I'm mad at the staff for a ******* mindless call, and I'm mad at anyone who defends that mindless ******* call.

Actually we voted in the poll that a GM initiated to clearly continue fighting and I don't even know why the GMs declared initially this a draw and suddenly stopped the pvp, even if we were are all lagging we have voted to keep fighting, democracy should be respected.

Do note that you guys might have been like "But we still wanted to fight." but I will tell you right now. You do not want a server to hard crash on you like how it was possible today. Everything on the server could have been wiped, and if it was really as bad as it was. The servers could have been permanently damaged. Its not a pretty scene, and even with some top tier equipment; A hard crash is basically death for a server as so many things are out of wack, you'd just end up with a bunch of hardware with the insane quest to implementing as much of the original software on it.
