I think if you made it so only the creator could use it, or there was some method of designating an owner (tying their blood to the weapon somehow, maybe? or their name in transcribed runes? idfk). But then with the "Dishonorable" thing, theres a lot of vagueness to that. What if the owner tried to rob a defenseless pregnant lady with it?
