It has come to the attention of myself, and many other members of the City Council that Edward Manston has attempted to commit arson upon the Busty Bruxa, a rival establishment to what was once his own tavern. Despite his crime, his sentence has allowed him to continue to hold public office in the city. I, and many others believe that a man who commits such a heinous act of greed and debauchery should be ejected and barred from public office entirely.  I consider Master Manston a friend of mine, but I do not believe having a convicted criminal present in any public office.

 

Thus, as per the Charter of New Ancelcourt, we do hereby begin a petition to request his removal.
