To tell you the truth, a killer aspect (bad) of the charm of your skins is the 2x2 eyes. I can't look seriously at someone with large eyes, no one can take someone seriously with large anime eyes except if its a girl persona. Your skins are good and I think that you have a good ammount of creativity. This thing, for example, it looks like something lacks in the very middle. Albeit a lot of people might use it or not, which is to shade all sides of a skin and slowly go down towards the center by reducing the shading, I personally don't think, in essence, that it'd be a good thing. I really liked this one's design, but, as you go down, it feels more and more blank. A suggestion that I can make, is that, in general, try to make drawings or symbols and akin that blend in slightly on the skin. I used to skin well before 1.9, but then, my skins became bad due to the rapidly increasing demand of quality on skinning, and eventually I saw myself unable to skin. What I use nowadays is Miners Need Cool Shoes. Fret not, my skins aren't good, so I make them for free for my playerbase. They have a slight level of decency, and such renders them usable. Take notice aswell of the skinning techniques people use on their skins and take, every once and then, inspiration from paintings and drawings of other characters.
