THE PRISTINE ECONOMY ORDINANCE ACT

The Johannesburg Supreme Court, 7th of Grand Harvest, 1586

 

 

CONSIDERING the success of the Vienne Estate Injunction act, where the extortion and bureaucracy displayed in our economy was successfully countered through our lawful institutions, the Johannesburg Supreme Court  has decided to restore the legal statutes of the Vienne Estate Injunction Act.

 

BECAUSE of the current decaying state of our capital and the lack of competition and efficiency, the Johannesburg Supreme Court has obtained the imperial blessing from His Imperial Majesty to re-vitalize the economy without the dependence on certain lacking institutions.

 

THEREFORE the Johannesburg Supreme Court shall implement the following:

 

- A Chamber of Trade shall be established by the Office of the High Magistrate, lead by a respective Chief Justice appointed by consensus.

- The Chamber of Trade shall have the authority to inspect the wares, the building, the treasury and the owner with a warrant provided by the Office of the High Magistrate.

- The Chamber of Trade shall have the authority to appoint, fire or sue a vendor in Oren if inspections warrant said act.

- The Chamber of Trade shall determine the taxation rate on vendors, and vendors alone
