*Elven propaganda may be found within each of the three main elven holdings*

Upon these lands lay Malin's work. From each creed may we still find our common father.

This be the sanctuary from Aegis, from the darkness, and from the blighted one's curse.

Yet upon these lands do we soil them in blood?

Blood of the elves and kin to Malin?

Mali of silver, of stone, and wood hear my plea. Divert the flow of elven blood from these

futile, mortal conflicts into the preservation of our kin and the sanctity of our lands.

~ averir ito nae'leh ~

These consecrated lands now populate with the remaining descendant races but like the realms before these outsiders ravish our homelands with warfare and unkempt animosity for all but themselves. They exist unaware of the lands they have claimed. Ignorant to the bastion Malin forged for his kin.

~ kae nae'leh lle salume ~

Make no mistake that we should seek to hide and cower yet do not spill elven blood for mortals. Practice patience and do so in solitude. Gather your children, few as they are, and celebrate their life and not the victory over your enemies. For every conflict there is equivalent exchange. For every mali there are a hundred mortals. To allow the death of a few is to allow the eventual demise of all elven kind. Every drop of elven blood exchanged for another life feeds the curse. The true fight is against the forces of darkness that lay dormant. Awaiting for the opportunity to strike out against the descendants in their weakened state. To allow elven kin to diminish is to ensure gory defeat at the hands of cursed one with his unholy army of descendant-ban fury. Teach and relearn the ways. Guide those that have become astray.

Protect the line of Malin. Safeguard his legacy.

Remember the blessing. Mind the curse.

"If I weren't worried about either human faction winning and then coming to murder my children because we were neutral... I'd gladly follow" Neci said after the topic was brought up

Artimec gazed at the poster with dim eyes, before ripping it down with a sigh. To the crowd of onlookers which gathered, he turned and spoke.

"If it was only so simple. Unfortunately, either side of this war will hunt us down for aiding the other. Factions from both sides will hunt us down even if we choose neutrality, The Oreners on one side, the Snow elves and Orcs on the other. To fight is our only option. We are too entrenched now to do anything else, our past actions have condemned us to be locked into this war. The only way for the Dominion to survive is to fight with the Empire now, and should the Empire fall, we will rely on the good will of our enemies. If that fails, then we must defend our homes till the last.

I've sought peace. The world is not willing to be at peace, nor are they willing to let us, the elves, be at peace. We've no other choice now."

The Marshal of the Rebel forces would send out word to each relevant elven community:

"I, Jacque de Felsen, Marshal of the Courland forces promise safeguard and the guarantee of safety at the end of the Empire's fall towards any elves or elven settlement willing to either take up arms against or refuse to take up arms with the Oren Empire. All that is required is a public proclamation of either alliance with the coalition or independence from the Imperials and neutrality within the war. Though mark my words, any caught standing within the rebellions path towards an inevitable tyrant's fall shall swiftly and without doubt be met with the same fate. Rebellion is built off of Hope, I suggest you all rebuild yourselves using the same."

Medi'ir Braxus Ni'leya emits a sigh before mumbling to himself.

"The price of freedom must be paid by with blood. It is a shame that it is the blood of elmali'thill who are forced to pay."

"This Jacque de Felsen seems at least a good sort. However I doubts in other members of that Coalition being as good as he as many of them would like nothing more to see the Elven settlements burn." remarks Orsino

"I dont think its possible they are able to set such terms when they have already signed a treaty with an shadow government of Haelun'or, especially the disgraced leader of the Vigil." She remarks, reading over the copy.  "We have been enemies of the mali'fenn for decades and worlds, I doubt they will honour such a pact to keep themselves at bay and control their lust to inflict their wroth upon us. Not to mention the orcs long standing tradition of raiding the Dominion, like that's bound to be honoured."

The Marshal has received a few letters regarding the issue, he'd await a few more though one letter in particular had seemed to catch his attention..

"Might as well join the rebellion and hope that their Marshal's words are true instead of hopelessly die at their hands all too well knowing that at the end of this all the Mali'fenn and Uruks march on our lands, a massacre of our kin the only thing on their minds." Quotes the Marshal to a nearby officer. "Wise words, spread them around to the others whom seem hesitant to abandon their sinking ship. Save as many as you can."

"I think I'll stay in this fight to ensure that my daughter isn't slaughtered by the Snelven scum that will soon come after our home... Probably trying to get back at us for one of the dozen or so genocides against them... Would have been easier if the snelves just died when they were supposed to. Maybe they'll stay dead this time. But with them around, there's no hope of any promises made by the rebels being fulfilled," Comments the wood elven fellow named Lyemar.
