Playing as an Orc can really show you how strong a person can beΒ though their strength is unrealistically strong because they are a fantasy character, but nonetheless fitness and health are a key importance in life especially affecting one's mood and happiness. For those who actually exerciseΒ post up your max weight lift, timed speed, sport you play(ed), etc.

  • I did track growing up as a kid running as a sprinter.
  • Growing up into Middle school I did a bit of soccer
  • In High School, I ran on the Cross Country team and did a bit of wrestling.Β 
    My Senior year of Highschool, I was especially focused on Weight lifting and towards graduation I played a good season of Rugby.

My maximum reps aren't particularly impressive butΒ I'm making steady progress with packing on the muscle. Here's my weight gain progress for the last year. I've recognised that I've been barely making my calorie requirements, so the plan now is to eat into a serious calorieΒ surplus so I can get nice and fat.Β

Are those 1 rep maxes that you've done yourself or calculated with a site like strength standards?
