shortchangehero 4217 Share Posted March 18, 2017 Courland's Marshal, Jacque de Felsen would atop his steed would slowly trot into the war camp only to be met with wide smiles, screeching cheers and weapons raised in respect. Unlike almost always though, Jacque would not seem happy as he'd dismount with a 'THUD!'' As the horse's reigns would be taken and the animal guided off by a nearby soldier, Jacque would stride into the command tent to be met by a few blood-covered officers. They'd as formalities call salute the marshal before beginning to obviously point out the unstoppable plans of advance towards the Haensatian capital to Jacque in inaudible mumbles. One of the officers would point to a nearby village: "We shall sack and raze this Hansetic village for suppl--" "No, we shall not." A harsh tone would cut the man off. Jacque would continue on: "Spread word. Any and all minor nobles or guilds from Haense whom send word to me before the next battle declaring either independence from Haense or loyalty to Courland shall be sparred from the horrors that are to come from this one-sided war. My soul shall not be damned, and neither shall any soul of any man whom fall under my command." And with that the Marshal would turn taking his leave from the tent. "We're better then they are, better then their rumors. . ."
