Blundermore 2741 Share Posted May 30, 2017 Letters would be sent to various members of the Holy League and posted on the bulletin board in a few places baring the mark of the Order of Aeriel written in High Gothic: To the Esteemed members of the Holy League and to those whom it may concern. Today the Order of Her Lady's most sacred Light and the Crimson Edict suffered a terrible injustice at the hands of the Teutonic Order. Without warning, the Teutonic Order attempted to scale the walls of Tal'Ardoth and assault the people whom live there in a most savage unprovoked manner. Huddled, frightened and scared, the various students of the Tower of Aeriel, many of whom are merely children hid terrified of these brigands as the valiant defenders of Tal'Ardoth stood defiant in the face of blind malice. Two of our number fell wounded, but ultimately the braggarts and bandits were driven off, and our students are now safe once more thanks to the efforts of these Brave men. We will not be bullied by tyrannical Teutonic aggressors, who would so cowardly attack a place mainly filled with scholars, monks and priests as well as women and Children. These men and women whom bare the cloth of the ancient Teutonic order of old bring shame to their memory and their traditions. Attacking a most ancient ally of the past as the Order of Aeriel, to whom the Teutonic Order have fought alongside with many a time, a friendship that now lies in ruin. We stand together in solidarity and with fire in our hearts that our resolve will not be broken so easily, and call for a cease in unprovoked Hostilities immediately so that more innocent blood will not be shed. "In the ever-going attempt to clear themselves of well-deserved guilt, the Ascended continuously fail to mention several factors of rather important note. One - The Ascended harbor various dark beings. Outwardly, they claim to be working to 'cure' these creatures (rather than take the clear route of slaying them), this itself is not particularly damning, until it is noted that apparently the best hope at a cure for the ailment of the Frost Witches is found in Belestram's pants - Indeed, the Ascended tolerate and condone one of their own having intimate relations with this monster. Two - This excursion was done with peaceful intentions. It was not until one of the Ascended themselves fired a crossbow at myself personally did conflict begin - Indeed, the Ascended decided to attack descendants, firing the first shot. Three - The presence of unarmed civilians is meaningless. The present combatants ordered these 'children and monks' indoors, and we had no intent to harm them to begin with. Only those who joined the Ascended in attacking us were harmed. To state otherwise is object falsity. Long passed are the days in which the Ascended were allies to the world - today, there are merely a diseased order, their tenants long forgotten. One - I currently have a full research team down in the alchemy labs working on researching a cure and you have literally no evidence of Belestram's sexual relations other than convenient hearsay. Two - You and three others in iron armor were seen running around the keep with grappling hooks scouting for lapses in defenses. You, personally, were trying to lure people out of the keep less than a week ago trying to murder them. We have proof of this. Take the Fi Mages - who are proven to be cultists are those who try to kill people who get in their way. Even the ones the Ascended trust - they are the worst ones... Manipulative. Maybe not Necromancers, but they still are taking Mana - Which is lifeforce and energy to Mages... And then take Izthukii, they scare people, they take out our emotions and then try to claim they only do it to feel... They are just as bad as ghouls - stealling things from us. They need to stop. One came into the Wandering Grove, accusing me of flirting with her boyfriend who I later found out to be Belestram. She attempted to murder me in the grove. If it had not have been for my brethern I would most likely be dead. It is the frost witch known as Analiana Elverhilin that attacked me whom he has been fraternizing with.
