Notices have been left on boards and tavern counters in every major settlement who'd allow a young heartlander access.

 

"Dear reader,

 

I am seeking to better myself and my standing by learning the ancient arts of alchemy and herbalism. I am afraid I do not have much to offer you except from good companionship and an abundance of favors.

My mind takes in knowledge swiftly and I'm no stranger to being an apprentice, a tutor's dream I'd describe myself as.

 

If you have any interest in teaching me I will be waiting by the docks on the Cloud Temple Isle, though a note in advance is appreciated.

"There are some great books at the Drauger (dunno how to spell it) library if you wish to read up while searching for a teacher. Top floor, south-ish wing across from the entrance and way at the back of the wing. Rather nice selection really."

"The former, Good Sarrion. Though, learning how to create useful concoctions and whatnot is something I am very much yearning for. Herbalism I simply think would be a good way of helping the good folk here in the world."
