By order of Maheral Athedil Acal’elor, the individual known to us as Varen’thal Ilmoriel is henceforth deemed impure. He has broken our most sacred of laws, he killed a mali’thill, his fellow councilor Genevieve, and has now finally admitted that he did so knowingly, and that he furthermore did not regret his actions.

This man is not fit to sit on our council, he is not fit to walk amongst us, he is mali’ata, an individual lower than even the mix-breed and the warmonger. In an effort to ensure peace and order within our Silver City, I therefore call for his banishment and excommunication. Let no mali’thill speak to him, let no mali’thill trust him, let no mali’thill suffer his presence, for he has lost Larihei’s guidance and is no longer worth our time.
