Someone else is probably posting this for me, considering I’m still, well, banned for 3 months for:

 

 

Yea. I got banned for 3 months in the forums (Hence, Game Ban) for swearing at LeoWarrior!

Damn, I’m such an evil dude. I’ve seen a GM call someone a n with the gger, and they are still GM! Yay, of course, the Elven Druid LM, the one who has knowingly broken rules by roleplaying forced sex over skype, constantly OOC targetted raiders, like Orcs back in Axios has that special protection doesn’t he.

 

This is not an appeal! At all! I’d like to keep banned for the rest of my 1 month before appeal, matter of fact. I did the crime I’ll serve the time. But I’m here to transmit something that can’t wait a month before and if my appeal is accepted.

 

Why are you targetting someone if you’re already banned?

I’m not targetting the person I’m talking about, this is a message to them. One that I honestly think they should heed, even if from one of the most hated players on the server.

Why are you even wasting your time with this?

I’ve got no clue. Felt like it needed to be said.

 

So, with that out of the way, I’d like to show which warnings got me banned. One of them is agreeable, the other is ridiculously abusive, with a Ban warning or not.

 

This is the one before the actual ban (which is awknoledgeble and I even apologised to the player):

 

 

It says: OOC Targetting, harassment, and generally ‘X player rant’ is not welcome in our community. It elaborates on the procedures one should make instead of making ‘X player rant’ and warns that a next violation like that would result in a Forum Ban.

 

As posted in the start, I was banned for ‘OOC Targetting\Harassment’. I’m not saying I didn’t swear at LeoWarrior. I did.

 

With reason?

 

I would not have sweared at the man if he, in a thread that spoke about the elven ‘metagame’ situation, posted a Straw Suicide image. Literally someone cutting their wrists with straws. Because hey, someone taking their life is so fun and appropriate for the forums, isn’t it dog- er, Random FM that forum banned me.

Don’t wanna read? Fine.

Suicide is not a joke. It can be, in the appropriate context, knowing that everyone and anyone around you and within the community that you have posted\said will be comfortable with it. Even then, it is a bad, sometimes humorless joke.

 

So, now I kind of demand an explanation, but since I cannot view the comments for this thread. Eh.

HOW COME A MEMBER OF THE STAFF, A LORE TEAM MEMBER AND CONSEQUENTIALLY OF THE INTEGRATED MT, POSTS A SUICIDE IMAGE ON A PG-13 FORUM, GETS AWAY WITH IT, AND THE PERSON THAT SWEARS AT THEM GETS A 3 MONTH FORUM BAN FOR SAYING ‘WHY THE **** ARE YOU STILL AN LM’?

That image was titled "grasping at straws" and I posted it because I believed the op was grasping at straws in accusing the entire elven playerbase of metagaming...

This is the image I used and it comes from an article about charter schools in Detroit.

 

There is nothing about it that implies anything in regards to suicide.

Mental health has been an issue both with myself and within my family. I don't make light of it, nor do I think it's appropriate to publicly attack someone you barely know.

You do know you can target and insult a person without getting warned or banned. It's called being civil and make your statement a single time and back it up with facts. @dogbew won't do anything if you're civil and don't do personal insults. 

 

Example, @Sky is a terrible AT member and should be removed. From the recent AT charts and having a short discussion with his fellow AT members it had been shown that Sky does nothing to boost the team towards its goals. 

 

Btw, this is an example and means nothing, but how does that compare to this.

 

Sky is a ******* idiot and should quit the server. Everyone hates him and he's just a ****.

 

The second example will get you banned. The first won't. Muslimancy, grow up. Everyone needs to grow the hell up.
