A Decree of Exile

Issued and Confirmed by His Majesty the King Otto III

The Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska, 10th of the Deep Cold, 1652

 

Va Birodeo Herzenav.

 

In the course of recent events, driven by God as faith compels me, I, Otto the Third, King of Hanseti-Ruska, so hereby declare that the lich known as Coltaine of House Wick is banished from the realm. We duly absolve all honors and status attributed to his name in the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska, absolving all obligations and statutes bound unto him. He shall be prohibited from stepping within the walls of our capital, warranting all disconnection from our correspondence and our institutions. Thusly, we henceforth affix our seal to this writ of exile, declaring the following terms:

 

  • He shall hereby banished from the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska and all respective jurisdictions thereof.

  • Under no circumstances is he permitted contact to our denizens.

  • Relocation of any status to our institutions.

  • Foregoing all merit and honorifics previously ascribed to his personage.

  • Imposing all writs of disenfranchisement to his dealings.

  • Superseding all protections aforementioned to his character.

  • Forsaking all loyalties promised by his personage.

  • Instituting recommendations for his deterrence.

  • Negating all ties to his unholy entity.

  • Evoking the authority vested by the Crown to enforce such decrees.
