A Farewell to a Family

Hello everyone.

 

I know this may seem odd timing, but this has been a decision I've been thinking about for a long time. Lord of the Craft has meant so much to me in these past years and has given me so many opportunities to have a fun experience. A lot of the time things got exceedingly stressful or outlandishly complicated for no reason... but it was fun while it lasted. I cannot honestly find the words to say this rather than the simplest ones:

 

I am leaving LOTC.

 

This has been something I've thought on for about two weeks now. The stress of Roleplay and all the OOC I've been bombarded with has left me a hollow husk of my former self. I've not showered in four days and I often find myself more emotionally involved with my characters than in my real life. The main hit came about a week ago when my pet hamster died after I forgot to feed him for too long, so encased in this server that I didn't serve such a crucial responsibility in my life. My job has also come at risk as well, being told that I'm on my last string because of the days I've called out sick to attend ET events. The harassment I have received over Discord as well have left me fearing and anxious, having suffered from one anxiety attack already after posting a meme song a month back or so.

 

I don't mean to drag this on longer than I have to, but... I am sorry that its so sudden. So much has occurred because of my insistence on this game. I love you all, but its time I focus on real life. Goodbye, everyone.
