Title III Anyone that enters the lands of the Confederation will have to abide by these laws and will be punished as such if they break these laws.Title IV Members of the Confederation will have to follow these laws no matter where they happen to be. If the law is broken outside the Confederation, they will still be liable. Hobbs_Burrows 497 Share Posted June 13, 2018 The other day, a Halfling was eaten by a Dwarf. This is the first recorded case of Dwarves eating Halflings in the history of all our worlds. For centuries, Dwarves had been the Halflings best and closest friends. We are cousins, in fact, the closest family the Dwarves have in the entire world. But something has changed, and I can't think what it is. Dwarves are so proud of their tradition, honour, and respect for all their ancestors. Well their ancestors be turning in their graves looking down at their kin now, and the atrocities they commit. Eating their family, as though Dwarves are now nothing more than the greenskins they despise, and attacking Dunshire Village every day purely for sport and the thrill of killing a Halfling cousin of theirs.
