PREFACE We opposed and triumphed against the meaningless catch words and slogans, the advocacy of ‘new purity’ by impure leeches, the inability of the conservative to conserve, the failure of the progressive to progress and the slaughter of the intellect in the intellectuals. As we had envisioned and chanted: ‘lomian’onn!’, it came to be. From fragments came peace and prosperity. We reunited a shattered people and reestablished the philosophy so long repressed. Our work TO TOTALITY continues, yet the progress made ought to be acknowledged. Praise Maheral Iaria Elervathar, the Diarchy, as guides, leaders and heroes in our part of the story of Reclamation. - II. TRIAL, THE OKARIR’TIR AND LAW We build our Silver Sanctum on principle and law, well-founded in tradition and silver. In the now bygone land of Atlas, where our story resumed, a rewritten Silver Law much inspired by the traditional, was implemented. Fi’halen was not intended to be Haelun’or, but a refined successor state thereof, an Enclave with a citizenry invigorated with promise and hope of a new beginning. The General Laws of the Enclave have served us well, a shield and sword to fend off criminals and the cursed alike. Though now, it is clear that a return to tradition, to clarity and to Silver is required. I urge Okarir’tir Ikur Seregon, in close cooperation with the Sohaership, to update and bring back The General Laws and The Dichotomy of Lewdness. In the documents, trials and the Path to Purity is well-defined. Under the leadership of the experienced Ikur Seregon, the tainted and traitor shan’t pluck any Silver Lilies. Commend the great sacrifice of our Sillumiran. - III. ON THE ELVEN QUESTION To break the cycle of Elven oppression, Haelunorian triumph in this conflict was necessary. After years and years of Mali’fenn scheming to undermine the Silver State and the Mali’thill, their head had fallen to rest on the chopping block. For vengeance, or even justice, an execution had been required. Though all who hunt knows that even a clean cut makes a mess. We, the Mali’aheral, chose to be the better Mali. Prosperity will come out of peace, and peace out of prosperity. It has, and will always be, the view and intention of the Silver State to see to better intermali relations. We have extended hands, treaties and peace to all Elves, and our efforts to assist and safeguard all of Malin’s children will never cease. See the peace accord with the Princedom of Fenn as testimony to our pure intentions. All children of Malin are welcome to visit the Silver State of Haelun’or, to contribute and support the efforts to restore the Eternal Library, to engage in discussion about philosophy and science and share wisdom and knowledge with the children of silver. We exclude the evil and receive the respectable and rational. To create and detail a modern Haelunorian foreign policy doctrine, The Committee for Elven Coexistence is founded. Sohaer Dimaethor Visaj, in the absence of the Okarir'san, will chair the committee until Delos Telperion returns or a successor is appointed. The objective with the initial meetings of the committee is to find strategies to establish peace with principle and coexistence of Elven cultures. FOREIGN IMPURITY As the family of parasitical rats can make a colony out of brief access to a food storage, the impure can make an Enclave if granted even the shortest of respite. They breed, much too quickly at that. The Llyrian Concord, a nest for just those, assumed to be led by the infamous ‘ata shepherd Crumena. I urge all Mali’thill to take care, and exert extreme caution when around ‘ata citizens of their cursed Concord. Our principled stand against the dark will continue. The Sillumiran are implored to adopt a policy of additional questioning when it comes to Mali’aheral suspected of hailing from the Concord, Fenn or Sutica. Their dark magic and philistine philosophy will be kept out. Our walls remain tall and strong. Tolerance, or even acceptance, of homosexuality or interbreeding is a new, dangerous trend. A completely anti-Elven concept, which leads us straight down the path to our demise. Healthy Elven children, regardless of 'ame, 'ker or 'aheral are imperative for our continuance and relevance. Vira'ker, with their new anti-Elven High Prince paid the price for his new agenda, and I assure this won't be the first casualty in this newly opened front. I implore all Elves to join us and combat this new direction, to honour Malin. - V. SERVING THE DIARCHY The true avant-garde of the Mali'thill, the real heroes in our story of reclamation, the supporters of Silver and Tradition: the close followers of Maheral Iaria Elervathar and Sohaer Dimaethor Visaj. Join them, contribute to the Silver State through ardent service in the Weeping Blades, persistent work in the Eternal Library or by other endeavours to shine light upon the children of silver, all are ways to honour the blessed permanent guidance and leadership of the Diarchy. If you wish to serve the Diarchy more directly, assisting with their protection, tending to missives or other related work. Please send a letter to Sohaer Dimaethor Visaj. You will be summoned to a meeting regarding the details of the service soon thereafter. Steel your hearts in opposition to voices of dissent, dare to challenge impure anti-diarchy sentiments when they arise. It is your duty to report any incidents to the Okarir'tir, Sillumiran or the Sohaer. As he moved, various parts of the study he spent his time within were ignited with life, as if the man beckoned with him the very light which spewed from the flames. There was a warmth about him, and in his local vicinity a gentle, soft, and rhythmic hum seemed to match the melodic tune he sang. His tune was interrupted soon after, however, as his gaze finally settled across the declaration the Silver Council put forth. Ithrendas gazed across each word, carefully examining the paper for a prolonged moment of silence. The spear-eared figure paced back and forth, the lights in the room illuminating his path as he walked like twinkling lights in the night sky. Eventually, he procured a sheet of parchment and a quill from the ink tray to begin to draft a response. Addressed to the kindest Maheral, Iaria Elervather, and the dearest Sohaer, Dimaethor Visaj, I write humbly to you now to request a hearing within the neutral walls of the City of Helena to discuss the qualms the Silver State holds over the Llyrian populace. I understand your apprehension, and I respect your beliefs and your opinions regarding me and my people, however I extend an olive branch in hope that you will accept to meet with me regarding our claimed transgressions. Our Concord is of peace and prosperity, seeking only to do the best we can. Our people are calm, kind, and collected, and they are led by the minds of those who wish for grace and betterment. It is our hope that you may elucidate further upon your declaration, and our will that we might change your mind. Please, allow us a hearing to discuss and settle our differences, or at least confirm them for both parties. I believe it in our best interests to hear one another on this matter.
