Dev Team Help: Lost Eternity Pickaxe in CT Mines

On 10/25/2019 at approximately 5:06 PM EST, I died while holding a Eternity Pickaxe due to a hole with lava beneath.

 

I immediately modreq’d, but was told there was nothing that they could do since the lava had destroyed the pickaxe. They then told me to get help from a dev.

So could a Dev Team member possible check my logs, as I was mining with the pickaxe for 30 minutes, and recover it for me?

Unless it was soulbound, I don’t think there is even any line of approach to ask for it back. Also I know that at least 2 dev members exist with rank on the server. Llir and Korvic.
