The Fursaan Al-Saqr

The Fursaan Al-Saqr are the personal bodyguards of the Sheikh.

The Fursaan Al-Saqr Order was formed for the protection of Sheikh and his family. This Order is made to follow the orders of the Sheikh and his hand picked officers, They are tasked not Just as personal bodyguards but to do missions for Sheikh as well as protect The people of Al-Faiz. They obey only Sheikh and whoever the Sheikh grants permission to command.

-Sheikh[Leader of the Nation]
The Great Leader of The Sheikhdom of Al-Faiz. The Sheikh holds divine right to the ruling of Al-Faiz and has absolute power over everything within the Sheikhdom. The Sheikh is the one that chooses the direction of the military. His soldiers will swear their absolute loyalty and respect towards him. His involvement is generally indirect, however, and is typically handled by his Amir.

 

-Amir[Commander]
An Amir is appointed by the Sheikh to run the military as the Marshal. The Amir is responsible for running the military and retinues, protecting the city and civilians, protecting the Sheikh, and ensuring order is kept within the land holdings.  The Amir also advises the Sheikh on matters of war and conflict. An Amir may hold trial against a person if accused of a crime. If the accused is foreign and of important value to another nation, the Sheikh or a Judge from The Council of Al Faiz will hold an official trial.

-Janissary Captain [Elite Captain of the Sheikh Guard]
The Janissary Captain Is the head Officer In the Janissary Guard, He is Selected By the Sheikh Himself, chosen for his amazing prowess in combat and leadership. They Make sure the Janissaries are Kept in order and Well taken care of. These Men, Are officers and take orders directly from the Amir and Sheikh, They have full authority to command and order All ranks that are Janissary and under. These Men are tasked to recruit and are drillmasters. Only The Sheikh himself can promote people to this rank. They Order the janissaries And Below and The highest Rank one can get Under Amir.

-Janissary [Elite sheikh's Guard]
The Janissary are the elite guard of the Sheikh and all of the lands of Al-Faiz. They serve not only as the personal guard of the Sheikh and the royal family but also may conduct regular city patrols as well as lead the vanguard in times of war. Becoming a Janissary requires years of training and studying, those who hold the true virtues of an honorable and pious warrior is made into a Janissary. Janissaries are usually conscripted at their youth to allow them to train early on, expected to fulfill the requirements right as they reach adulthood, but it's not out of the ordinary if an Ghulam or Muharib is given the opportunity to become a Janissary. These men have the authority to command others Under his ranking. Only The Sheikh himself can promote people to this rank.

 

-Ghulam[Squire]

The Ghulam is the first step in becoming the faceless embodiment of the Fursaan Al-Saqr. It is a path to be held in the highest of honor for the creation of the most elite of Allah’s soldiers.

-Muharib [Oathed]
The Muharib are the most devoted and steadfast soldiers of the main force. The men are experienced with fighting battles and are the well-disciplined fighting men. Once becoming a Muharib, They are considered as those who are accepted and the soldier is then able to become a Ghulam to further attune their skills and knowledge Meaning they Will become a Ghulam In Do time Once Achieving the Knowledge and skill.

-Alwafid [Un-Oathed/Enlist]
The Alwafid are the new unoathed recruits of the  Fursaan Al-Saqr and are required to be oathed by the oathing standards set. If the Alwafid is not oathed, they may not receive any additional ranking. Alwafid who are looking to work around the foreign tax must wait to be oathed.

 

 

Sub-Ranks:

-Mwahtemed (Quartermaster)
The Mwahtemed is a title given to those who show the capability of doing such jobs as making sure the other soldiers are equipped enough to do their tasks. Specializing in the organization of arms, ranging from weaponry to armor, the task of the Mwahtemed is to assure that their fellow soldiers are equipped. This Sub-Rank Is Given to those Who are Officers, Or high Ranking within the Fursaan Al-Saqr.

-Muhandis (Engineer)
The Muhandis specializes in the use of military siege weaponry, such as siege crossbows, battering rams, catapults, trebuchets, ballista, and Defenses such as trenches, walls and so forth. They Are very important and Almost always needed.

-Jarraah (Combat Medic)
The Jarraah is the lifeline of the military by making sure the injured and wounded do not die with the use of advanced medical knowledge, vital to the job.

Professions:

-Miner(Mines Ores, and Stones and keeps the Storage FULL)

-Farmer(gathers Produce from the earth and Keeps the Storage Full, Supplies are given to a Mwahtemed and cook)

-Lumberjack(Goes and gathers woods and keeps the Storage full)

-Breeder(Breeds Cows, sheep, and chickens and horses and tends for the animals, giving produce to cooks, or Bowyer/Fletchers and make sure the Storage is Full)

-Cook (Cooks Foods for the Army, And Makes Sure Rations are Spread Evenly for the troops and makes sure Storage is Full)

-Blacksmith (Makes Armor, And weapons, Such as swords and shields and tools such as shovels, and axes, and pickaxes for the army and makes sure the Storage is FULL)

-Bowyer/Fletcher (Makes Arrows and bows For the Army and Makes sure the Storage is FULL)

-Mason (Makes Sure Stones and Supplies For Building Defenses and Siege Weapons in storage is full)

This shield is my pride.

 This cap is my commitment.

I fight to protect My Sheikh.

 I fight to protect My Sheikhdom.

I fight to keep the truth.

I swear to fight against the tyrants.

I shall fight for Allah..

I will fight and die besides by brothers.

I will stand to the bitter end for the sake of my honor.

However, I must say that this has come to a point of metagaming, please spice it up somehow and make it fit a more fantastical setting, it is not appropriate to metagame IRL organizations into IC.
