Fellow people of Arcas, a grave and urgent crisis has presented itself before in the shape of a certain madman with the name of Maurelius, who has recently called himself a Staunton and escaped from a mental hospital in Arcas. 

 

Due to his destructive and murderous tendencies from previous traumatic experiences, Maurelius suffers from a mental illness that forces him to hate the House of Staunton and gives him an uncontrollable desire to harm, and sometimes even kill, all the people that he sees. This man is a danger to our society and should be approached with caution and if necessary be avoided altogether.

 

In addition, the medical institute assures that after his escape, Maurelius went to find the heir to the Kingdom of Courland and Patriarch of the House of Staunton, Andrew Tobias Staunton, and kidnapped the noble child. The medical institute doesn’t know where Maurelius is at the moment, but advises that when attempting to catch him a restraint mask should be used, since he has been spotted eating the poor little rabbits of Arcas raw and a bite from him wouldn’t be recommended for your health.

 

Furthermore, the medical institute he escaped from would be willing to pay a sum of 1500 minas for his immediate safe return to the medical authority for the appropriate study and treatment that he needs.
