As issued the 13th of Sigismund's End, 1752

As dictated by the Solicitor-General

FOLLOWING the gruesome murder of our Holy Pontiff, Pontian III, the Ministry of Justice does wish to name a suspect and place a bounty on his return to the City of Helena alive.

A bounty of Ten-Thousand Livres is placed on the live return of Jasper Carrington to Helena and placed into the custody of the Ministry of Justice alongside the Imperial State Army.

Jasper Carrington is likely armed, and potentially willing to fight. He is a veteran of the Imperial State Army, and has already escaped from incarceration once.

GOD bless.

Joseph D. Adler

Solicitor-General

“Armed? Pft I saw what you did to him, he had to be dragged after your dog beat him. That’s not justice. That’s cruelty.” Says a passing man to no one in particular.

“We will see to it that every means necessary is used to track down this man!” Says The City Clerk.

“You neglected to mention he is extremely wealthy and has the support of the entirety of Carrington & co.” said Boniface.

Marc of White, of the Hemlocks, looks at the missive, and nods. He then goes to gather some men, taking the case.

Grender looks upon the bounty, plucking it gingerly from it’s roost and skimming through the details rather quickly. Rolling it up and tucking it into his already near-bursting pouch of parchments, he hummed a whimsical coo. “Dexter’ll enjoy this one. HaHAA!”

Jubilant Jack would read the bounty, smiling widely as he took out a paper from his satchel and wrote some letters to the Hemlocks. He reaches once again into his satchel to reveal a red string to tie around the letter. Sealing it in a red mark in the shape of J.
