Though the two had never spoken, Dame Primrose Kortrevich welcomed the young Haeseni swords-woman into the Seven Skies with open arms. “Yet another woman who died to protect our kingdom.” the aged knight-ess spoke to her in an admiring tone. “There’s no better way to go, young one, but you went too soon. A grand dame you would have made, child. A grand dame.”

Hearing the news, a tear flowed from his pale eyes. A strong warrior couldn't help but shed a tear or two, for God's sake, how not to cry at this news …

Björnolf, after hearing the news, clenched his fist in anger, hitting the wall next to him. He knew Karolina and he knew how much that little girl wanted to become Dame, he knew how brave and extraordinary she was, he knew how much she loved her kingdom, family and friends ... However, death took her too soon.

Björnolf would look at his disabled leg, cursing with tears in his eyes "Ye just found yourself stopping and weakening me now, eh?" he would look at his leg, hitting it several times. He was so sorry that he was not with his brothers and sisters, cursing the day the pagans came to the shores of Haense. He took the crutches, went out of town to the lake. He sat down on the dock and lit a cigar, shivering at the lost souls that day, along with unfortunate Karolina. He looked in the direction of Johnstown, with a small smile on his face "Oh, how the little piggies will grunt when they hear how the old boar suffered." having said that, he continued to smoke a cigar, remembering the past times, when everything was better and happier. Björnolf knew Osvald would not forget this so easily, he chuckled sweetly, knowing that the pagans will curse the day they came to Haense.

"May God guide ye through the gates of paradise, and take ye to a better place Karolina..." he said weakly, signing the horen cross afterwards. He’d slowly place a flower on the water and let it float, remembering Karolina with big pain.. Bjornolf knows that he needs to avenge many people, as well as his dear Karolina, he knows that he needs to liberate the kingdom from invaders, and he knows very well that he and his brothers and sister should not give up and keep in mind only one thing – Bralt must be removed from the face of the earth !

Karl frowned deeply as he was told of Karolina's passing, signing a Lorraine cross as he lowered his head in sadness. He looked out across the coast where the naval battle was fought, a soft whisper escaping him into the wind:
"...Pro Patria Mori...”

Stefan Ludovyk watched as Karolina’s body would be brought into Fort buck. He’d stare at the young girl who sacrificed everything for her kingdom, Stefan would ball up his fist before marching to the wall of the fort. “ Too young but so brave. She shouldn’t have died this soon. ” her look up to watch the smoke rise from Vasliland. ”We’ll kill them all” her grit his teeth

Anton sat infront of the fireplace in Reinmar, watching the hot flames with the coldest stare. He recalled the young warrior, always fighting her cousin at family gatherings. Yet another of the faithful Haenseni that falls to the Atheran savages. He never thought he'd outlive his granddaughter, he let out a sigh with a whisper:

”Died protecting the faithful von Haense, died protecting the Königreich, died fighting savage pagans. Our little hero, rest easy auf the sieben skies”

The great hall of Reinmar, which had been busy and crowded since it’s first construction now sat eerily dark and silent, the keep’s inhabitants locked in a deep state of mourning after hearing the news of  their kin’s passing.

Manfred Karl Barclay, the heir to House Barclay would be noticeably absent from all of his planned endeavors, he instead sat barricaded inside of his room, surrounded by overturned furniture and damaged personal belongings. “I should’ve been there, I promise that your sacrifice won’t be in vain and that you’ll never be forgotten.” Were the only words he uttered, tears falling down his cheeks as he relived past memories of the two hunting bears, training alongside each other and even fighting each other during one of their petty squabbles.

Conrad grimaces at the news, his absence from Haense meaning he barely even knew his cousin once-removed before her untimely demise. He sighs and packs up his things to head for Reinmar.
